Aparna kanopy lotus is a gated community of individual villas spread over an area of 10 acers. East west facing villas are designed along north south oriented cul de sac roads addressing security and vaastu concerns.
The layout is skillfully designed with a buffer green zone between the built spaces and the main road to ensure serenity of the township both on Northern and Western side where the external connecting roads exist. This buffer zone continues as a green strip of plant canopy on other sides forming a microclimatic envelop to the development. All outdoor requirements of the inmates are planned in this buffer zone whereas the club house caters to the indoor recreational requirements.
Plan of each individual villa offers ample ventilation, flexibility of functional spaces, gradual transition of spaces from public to private, suiting the required lifestyle of the inmates.
Part of the individual villa is designed as gable roof and part flat roof that create varied living volumetric spaces inside the villa
The sloping roofscape along with a terracotta face gives the area a character that sets a dialogue with the surrounding treated landscape. The gable roofs create a sense of rhythm and variety to the streetscape, offering a cozy setting to the entire sprawl.
