This is designed in a linear site and longer side having mall front. In order to reduce the inherent linearity, the building mass is made to look like combination of two towers though it is connected. Central drop off, bus bay grand entry foyer constitutes the break in the middle. Interesting volumes of spaces that overlap, create heightened interest. Western and southern façade have an architectural skin articulated as shading devices along with refuge balcony with green deck. Heat gain factor is reduced by appropriate glazing.

Grand central arrival lobbies, double height green decks, elevators with destination control systems, provision of ample area for parking with ease of movement are some of the many salient features of the design. The structure is articulated with a 4Mt. floor to floor space to conveniently facilitate all state of art services a judicious articulation south and west with a second skin wrapped on the refuges areas enhances the passive cooling and enhances day light penetration from rest of the exposed surfaces.
