Apart from carving out architectural edifices, the design gives preference to pedestrian-friendly public spaces accessible to every section of society by creating an iconic destination point. For a seamless traffic flow in and around the site, due considerations were made with the segregation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

An elevated pedestrian bridge has been proposed at the edge of the prescient enhancing Iconic value. An oasis of unique amenities has been planned at the centre to enhance public participation. A strategised phasing has been proposed to relocate the existing residence.

To make the project effective and enhance commercial activity, several inputs have been infused into the design program. Sustainable principles of design have been incorporated aiming for zero-energy architecture and, griha and vastu compliant residential spaces have been planned.
