Climate responsive site planning was done to create a central green lung space attached to the clubhouse, built form envelops a public courtyard and an outer peripheral landscape permeates into the core having all necessary facilities and amenities.
This high-rise design concentrates on sustainability and eco-centric philosophy. Driveways are blurred to enhance nature-centric treatment, & blocks are crafted to get maximum light exposure and ventilation.
Flats address individuality and privacy issues while remaining integrated with public spaces through carefully created transition.
