DSR Eden Garden is inspired by garden city Bangalore, spread over 2.5 acres. Designers have created a quality liveable spaces. The landscape space allows ample natural light and ventilation and creates a visual connection to the surrounding greenery. It is built in o.37 Million sq ft and has two B+G+9 floors. The project comprises two buildings with a total of 75-metre height. Landscape forms a green envelope to the architectural program, providing as much green cover as possible. The shared facilities are skilfully articulated spaces, including a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor games areas, a swimming pool, health facilities, and a gym.
The design endeavour to create quality liveable spaces has been achieved.
